When multiple stores import into a GroovePacker account it is possible to face conflicting order numbers. This happens when order numbers are purely numeric. For example, there can be an order from more than one store with the order number "1000".

GroovePacker uses the order number to find and display order for scanning. This process is simplified when order numbers are unique. Imports will check that orders are unique before saving them in GroovePacker.

If you have multiple sources importing into GroovePacker the best solution is to add a prefix that is unique to each order source. Not only will this make it possible to identify an order's source just by it's order number, it will also ensure that each order number in GroovePacker is unique.

If it is not possible to add an order number prefix in your online store please contact GroovePacker support.

In Shopify the setting is found at the bottom of the Settings > Store detail page
