The user stats in the dashboard can be exported from Settings > Backup and Export > User Stats Export
The report includes the data found in the dashboard but it can be easily imported into the spreadsheet editor of your choice so you manipulate the data any way you like. Below are the column headers in the report and a definition of each.
Daily Accuracy
Accuracy is a percentage based on the number of Daily Exceptions (see below) recorded and associated with a user. The accuracy of every user begins at 100% and their accuracy is calculated based on the total number of orders they have scanned and the number of exceptions recorded for the day. Accuracy and Exception fields are only applicable if exceptions are recorded in GroovePacker.
Daily Speed Score
The speed score uses the average scan time (see below) to provide a metric that allows packer performance to be tracked and compared easily. The max seconds setting in the dashboard area allows you to set the amount of time expected to scan and pack each item. This can vary depending on the product type and workflow. The value set is deducted from the average scan time before it is subtracted from 100 to calculate the speed score.
Let's say that when a good packer is working at a quick pace it takes them 3 seconds to scan the item and place it in the shipping parcel. 3 sec can be set as the max sec/item for "perfect" execution. When a packer scans an item in 3 seconds their speed score will be 100 "perfect". Each second beyond 3 will diminish their score.
Daily Avg Scan time
This is the average number of seconds that elapse between the time an item is suggested for scanning and the time that the scan is completed successfully.
Daily Items Packed
This is the number of individual items scanned by the user over the course of the day. This and the Speed score are the most important scanning metrics and together they allow you to see an individual's performance over time and compare team member's performance.
Daily Orders Packed
This is the number of orders scanned by the user over the course of the day.
Daily Exception Recorded
This is the number of orders packed on this day that had an exception recorded and associated with the user. Because exceptions are identified some days after packing this total will be zero unless the report is run for a previous period of orders. Exceptions can be recorded in the Activity and Exceptions tab of the order window. (Clicking the order number in the orders list will open the order window.) The first three exception reasons affect the accuracy of the user they are associated with Quantity Related, Incorrect Item, & Missing Item.
Period 30 Accuracy
This is the same accuracy calculation mentioned above but the percentage is based on the exceptions recorded and the orders scanned during a rolling 30-day period.
Period Speed Score
This is the same speed score calculation mentioned above but the percentage is based on the items scanned during a rolling 30-day period.
Period Avg Scan time
This is the average number of seconds between when items are suggested for scanning and when scanning for the item is completed during the current rolling 30-day period.
Period Total Items Packed
This is the total number of individual items scanned by the user over the 30-day period.
Period Total Orders Packed
This is the number of orders scanned by the user over the 30-day period.
Period Exception Recorded
This is the total number of exceptions associated with the user in the 30 day period.
Temp/Full Time - Custom User Field 1 & 2
The final two columns in the report are Custom user fields that can have any label and any content. This allows you to put some custom information about the user in the report in order to better group the users and make the data more meaningful. The Label can be set at the bottom of the General System Settings screen. The custom field label will display on the users' page and the value for the user can be set there.
For example, you may have part-time and full-time warehouse staff and you want to be able to easily group these users in the report since you know the performance will vary based on this status. There the Custom label might be "Employment Type". Once this label is saved it will show on the detail page for all users. When editing each user you can enter "Full-Time" or "Part-Time". When the report is run you'll see what was saved for each user in the custom column.
