This video shows many of the scanning features in GroovePacker. A typical order manager integration is also shown.

Shipping labels can be generated in ShippingEasy or ShipStation before or after the packing QC process is done in GroovePacker. The daily process always begins in the order manager where the orders are reviewed, modified or held if needed and then processing begins. There are two main workflow options:

- If shipping labels are created in a batch before packing, the packing slips and shipping labels are printed in ShippingEasy. Then GroovePacker will import orders with the "Shipped" status from ShippingEasy. The packer then begins the packing process by scanning the packing slip in GroovePacker. The items are suggested and verified. After the last item is scanned GroovePacker can verify the correct shipping label is being applied with a final scan.

- If shipping labels are created after each order is packed, only the packing slip is printed in ShippingEasy and the orders are moved to the Ready to Ship list using the create shipments option.  Then GroovePacker will import orders with the "Read to Ship" status from ShippingEasy. The packer then begins the packing process in GroovePacker by scanning the packing slip. The items are suggested and verified. After the last item is scanned in GroovePacker the order will be displayed in ShippingEasy using a popup. Once the label is printed, the popup is closed and the packer can begin packing the next order in GroovePacker.
