This is often due to a card getting declined and the declined response failing to reach us. It's pretty rare but when it happens it's incredibly frustrating. If you reload the page and try the process with another credit card it will likely work. If you are unable to use your email (email already exists may be shown) or if it still does not work please create a support ticket and we will be glad to assist.
