If you're not sure what your password is, or if the password you're trying to use does not work, you can have GroovePacker email you a link that will allow you to reset your password. The reset link will be emailed to the password recovery email address specified for the user who you specify when resetting. The address will default to the email address provided during the account setup if no other has been specified.
Begin by clicking the Reset Password button:

The recovery email will be shown if the username is valid:
Click the "Reset my Password" link in the email you receive and provide a new password:
What if I don't have my username or a password recovery email?
In that case please create a support ticket. Be sure to provide your GroovePacker account name in your email. (this is the first part of your URL ie youraccountname.groovepacker.com )
