Let's say you have GroovePacker setup and you're ready to begin scanning the daily orders. You would like to clear your Awaiting list so it only contains un-shipped orders which you plan on scanning. What then is the best way to handle and shipped orders in this list.

Probably the best option is to use the "Select All" option to select the orders that will not require scanning and change their status to "Scanned" using the option in the Change Status dropdown. They will not have any scanning data but they will be out of the way. These orders will appear in your daily scanning report as "manually set to scanned". This is to ensure that orders are actually being scanned each day and not just having their status changed. ;)

It's also possible to Delete them but there is a chance some will be re-imported on a future import if their order number is not found in GroovePacker.

After moving the older orders to the Scanned list your Awaiting list should only contain orders that you intend to scan. You can use the Import Orders button to import the most recent orders.

If recent orders that need to be scanned are mixed with many orders that do not you might try this approach instead. You can print packing slips for the orders you'll be scanning as usual and proceed with the daily orders leaving the older orders where they are. After you've processed all orders for the day and you know the remaining orders are all older orders that will not be scanned, you can select them all and manually change them to "scanned".
