Oftentimes, it's a good idea to go to http://speedtest.net and run a test on one or more of the scanning stations to check your connection's bandwidth. This can be helpful to troubleshoot connectivity issues in general - or, more specifically, slowness or disconnections with GroovePacker.

The test is best done while signs of lag are appearing on the same workstation.

Process

1. Head to http://speedtest.net.

2. Wait a few seconds - it will identify a server close to you geographically to test with.

3. Click Go to Begin the Test.

4. Wait while it completes it's test. It'll go through a few phases - ping, download and upload.

5. When complete, click the 'Share This Result' button.

6. Provide the link to GroovePacker support. You can press 'copy' and then paste it in a message to us.
