You'll want to make a backup of your data before making large changes or importing updated files. This article shows how you can quickly create a backup of your products and kits.

1. Click Settings > Backup & Export > Backup and Restore.
   
   

   

   
   

2. Type in the email address that should receive the backup.

3. Click Start Backup.

4. You'll see several success messages, and a progress bar.
   
   

   

   
   

5. You'll receive a 'backup successful' email, with a link to download your file.
   
   

   

   
   
   

6. You can use this file to restore your data, if necessary.
