You may need to restore a backup you've taken previously of your products and kits. To do so, follow this article.
- Click Settings > Backup & Export > Backup and Restore.
- Click 'Choose File,' then locate your backup. You would have downloaded it from a "backup successful" email. It follows the naming convention 'groove-export-yyyy-mm-dd hh-mm-ss (timezone).zip.'
- Check the option for "Delete All and Import" if you would like to restore to a clean database (Recommended)
- The restore process will run and your products and kits should all be restored when it is complete.
