There is absolutely nothing to install in order to scan orders with GroovePacker, as it's cloud-based and you can access it anywhere you have the internet!

It runs from any desktop or laptop that has enough ram and resources to surf the web.


You'll navigate to your own instance of GroovePacker in the browser, and access it using your account credentials, much like Gmail or other web apps. 

Warehouse staff will log in using their own accounts and have access to the areas of the app you specify. You'll be able to monitor the days shipping in real-time as it progresses, even adding last-minute notes or editing order items if needed.

If you're planning to use the direct print option you will need to install a small app that sends labels to the printer. This is only required if you want the print jobs to print without opening a window in the browser.
