Connecting your Veeqo store to GroovePacker is now easier than ever, requiring just four quick steps. 

In nearly all cases you'll want to import all of your products into GroovePacker and ensure they are appearing properly (SKU, Aliases, Kits etc.) prior to importing orders. Once your product data is imported you can follow the steps below to connect Veeqo and import your orders. This video showing the process may also be helpful.


The Setup Process


  1. Access GroovePacker Settings: Start by logging into GroovePacker and navigating to the Settings tab at the top of your dashboard. Select 'Create Store' to kick off the setup for Veeqo.




  1. Configure Your Store: Input your store’s name and then choose 'Veeqo' from the Store Type dropdown menu. This step ensures GroovePacker recognizes your order manager and prepares it for integration.





  1. Secure Your API Key: To enable the connection, you’ll need your Veeqo API Key. This key is pivotal for data transmission between Veeqo and GroovePacker. Obtain your API Key by logging into your Veeqo store, navigating to Settings, then to the Users page. Find your user profile, click 'edit', and scroll to locate or generate your API Key.


To obtain the API Key:

  1. Log into your Veeqo store and navigate to Settings, then to Users page. 



  1. Identify and select your user, and click the edit icon under actions. 



  1. Scroll down to find API Key. If there is no key present, click on the Refresh API Key button to create one. 



4. Final Integration: Once you have your API Key, simply copy and paste it into the designated API field within GroovePacker’s store settings. This final step ensures that your Veeqo store is seamlessly linked to GroovePacker.
