You can modify the number of users on your GroovePacker plan using the "Modify Account" page in Settings > Account > Modify Account.
There you will see your current plan and you can add or remove users. You'll see how the change will affect your subscription pricing. The number of users on your plan will control how many users you can create. Creating and Removing users from the user's list will not directly affect your subscription. If you try to create more users than you have on your plan you'll be prompted to add additional users.
Converting to and from an Annual plan can be initiated from the modify account page as well.
If you no longer require your account please reach out to support (at) groovepacker.com and we will cancel the subscription and remove the account for you.
