If you print your shipping labels after packing each order, GroovePacker can open OrderCup in a popup and display the order that was just packed. The switch to enable that functionality is found in the CSV connection setting page. This will be found in the settings section. Click on the name of your CSV Store in the list to open it.
The switch should be below the "Store Type" dropdown. If this switch is not visible please reach out to GroovePacker support. We will be happy to enable it for you and assist with the mapping mentioned below.
In order for GroovePacker to be able to open an order directly in Order Cup we will need to have the UOID of the order.
This is a special field that is provided in the order export CSV file when Order Cup exports the file to FTP.
GroovePacker will import the UIOD and save it in a custom order field. The custom field name should be set to ‘UOID’ for this workflow. To navigate Settings > General to find the custom fields setting and give the first one the name UOID.
The UIOD columm on the Order CSV from Order Cup can now be mapped to the Custom Order 1 field which will show up as "UIOD" in the mapper. GroovePacker Support can complete this mapping for you. and verify that it is working as expected.
Once it is mapped, CSV files imported from the FTP server will save the UIOD to this field and GroovePacker will be able to open those order directly in Order Cup.
