You may need to restore a backup you've taken previously of your products and kits. To do so, follow this article.
- Click Settings > Backup & Export > Backup and Restore.
- Click 'Choose File,' then locate your backup. You would have downloaded it from a backup successful email. It follows the naming convention 'groove-export-yyyy-mm-dd hh-mm-ss (timezone).zip.'
- The restore process will run and complete.
