If you print your shipping labels after packing each order, you can have GroovePacker open ShippingEasy in a popup and display the order you just finished packing. This video shows how to enable and use the feature.

*Update* Now it is possible to import orders from ShippingEasy's Ready to Ship list which streamlines this even further.

Pop up and print workflow:

Orders are first moved to the Ready To Ship list in ShippingEasy. This is often done when the packing slips are printed using their option to print packing slips and create shipments.

Then the import is run in GroovePacker.

GroovePacker should be set to import only the Ready to Ship orders. This is done in the store settings page for ShippingEasy which can be found in Settings > Stores. Because tracking numbers will not be assigned until the labels are created be sure to disable the "Require Tracking Number" option. (It should be off by default)

Orders that are in the Ready to Ship list will be displayed by the popup automatically as the order scanning is completed in GroovePacker

Important: If you do not see the ShippingEasy popup please check that popups are not being blocked by your browser! You should only need to enable pop-ups from GroovePacker once (on each workstation).

Let's look at how we can enable and use the shipping easy pop-up and print feature. So to enable it, you just go to your shipping easy settings by clicking on the icon here. And then scroll all the way to the bottom and make sure that this last switch for the pop-up is turned on. Alright, once that's done, you're ready to go. The first step for the daily process is going to be to import orders. Just click this button. All the new orders are going to come in from shipping easy and low display here in the waiting orders list. These are being pulled from the regular orders list in shipping easy. So after they've imported, we're going to create shipments for these. So you can select individual ones or select all, and then either create shipments here. Or if you're going to be printing pack and slip switches usually the case, you can go to print pack and slip and create shipments and do that with one click. Okay, so that's going to move these orders over to the ready to ship tab. Alright, so those show up in this list here. And now you're ready for Scan Impact and Group Packer. So the packer is going to start out the Scan Impact section, and they're going to scan up a pack and slip. Alright, so the scan that order number from the pack and slip and that'll display it. So I'm just going to paste in the one that I've just copied there since I don't have one to scan right now. And that displays the order to be packed. Alright, so now each of these items could be scanned and placed in the box like usual. And when we finish scanning the last item, the window automatically pops up and shows us that order that we just finished scanning. So we print the label and then just close this window to return to Group Packer and we can continue packing the next order. That's all there is to it.
