Preface

Once all of your products and product variants have SKUs and Barcodes in BigCommerce you can import your Bigcommerce Product Catalog directly into GroovePacker. If you've not yet set up your Bigcommerce connection to Groovepacker, you'll need to do that prior to importing products.

Process

1- Navigate to Settings > Store Settings > Show All.

2- Click to open your Bigcommerce store.

3- Press 'Import Product Catalog.'

4- Depending on the number of items in your store the import could take minutes or hours.

5- To optionally be notified when this process is complete, navigate to Settings > System Settings > General Preferences.

6- Scroll down to System notifications, and enter your email:

7- Now, wait for the email confirming your Product Catalog Import has completed!
